We are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality products and shopping experience. All warrantees are by the manufacturer when available and we will do our best to support those warrantees if you have a problem. We take returns on product that is in new condition and unopened or opened and defective out of the box. Also opened merchandise with no defects minus a 20%+ restocking charge based on the condition upon instpection when we get it back. To request a return you must first call 1-800-671-8953 to request an authorization then ship it back prepaid. We cannot accept CODs or unauthorized returns. We will then inspect the product and replace it or credit your account accordingly. We require returns to be made within 10 days of your receipt. Items that are sold as used or refurbished will be represented as such and usually carry a 30-90 day parts warrantee. We will not be responsible for charges beyond the original physical cost of the product itself less shipping.
